Georgetown to Offer New Course for Senior Sales Executives

Jul 11, 2012 New 3-day course to cover customer experience management and leadership

Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business will launch a new three-day course called "Innovating Sales: Strategic Management and Leadership Development," which is geared for senior sales executives.

The course, by focusing on insight-driven selling, will "help senior sales leaders transform the sales function, improve their company’s performance and increase their own leadership abilities as they prepare for the next step in their career," according to a McDonough press release. It's designed for middle- to upper-level sales executives who have experience managing sales teams, and who are on track for a chief sales officer-level position.

Over the course of the three days, the program will cover a range of topics, including talent and skill development, customer experience management, and leading organizational change.
